Your body is your personal belonging...It is very very Spirit... (not just spiritual). It has the capacity to function and interact with spirit realities.
David the Psalmist said my my heart and my flesh (body) cry out for You...Meaning the body can take on and express divine desires and abilities...
Enoch walked with God BY FAITH and was not.. What does by faith mean? It means he was looking into a light, touching a substance in the "invisible realm" beyond the fallen man... He saw and believed in something that others did not see...And he held that light until it broke forth out of his being... He became a witness of that reality...
His body switched into a reality. He had been in interaction with that reality bodily so it was not just a magical occurence... In the depth of communion, God took Him.
The body is NOT the flesh. The FLESH is a weight (data of death recorded in the consciousness/body) But the body is not a weight... When it receives light it will behave differently.. Romans 8: 10-11
The Bible says we are not in the flesh but in the Spirit because we have the Spirit of Christ..
Because we have passed from death to Life
Therefore we are admonished to set our minds/ affections on the reality that we are... We are in the Spirit.....
To be spiritually minded is LIFE and PEACE; to be spiritually.minded is to see and believe that which mortals cannot conceive..That is how we communicate LIFE to the body...
We look at the things which eyes have not seen because these things are visible realities to us...
Now this Adamic physical body of a believer is not the same with that of an unsaved person. Why? Because this body is the temple of the HOLY GHOST.... It is holy...It is not subject to death...How do I know? Even if it sleeps, it will rise again into an IMMORTAL body! It cannot be held by death...
The New Man, is the seed of God. He has NOW his glorybody, which is his real body.
That body functional in oneness with the very reality that he is as a Spirit, duly expresses his WHOLENESS and COMPLETION without any inhibition... This is why we groan...
The Adamic body as it is, as we know it today was altered from its original state.
But in Christ the Super BODY of Jesus Christ is delivered to us, present NOW in our heavens; a spirit tabernacle not made with hands...
Now you are responsible for your body functions and activities...I mean the present Adamic body.
To present this body to God is to learn the art of bringing the soul before your spirit presence for light to enter the faces and places of body and soul...
To be CARNALLY minded is to be filled with fallen consciousness.. This is death. To be spiritually minded is to be filled with the consciousness of your IMMORTAL NATURE.. This is Life and peace...
Under the Holy Ghost, You have a duty to school the body to serve the will of righteousness because you are righteousness...
Begin to see that body as a TEMPLE. A worship centre where RESURRECTION POWER seeks to find expression...
Channel light into every cell... Every organ... Every muscle...Every bone and joint...Let every place in the body be enveloped and saturated by the Spirit and the Truth... They have ears... They respond to SOUND...
Your presence in the body revitalizes the body because YOU ARE ONE WITH THAT SPIRIT WHICH RAISED JESUS FROM THE DEAD...
Scripture does not say when things begin to happen in your body, call on God. He says SIN, SICKNESS, DEATH, UNRIGHTEOUSNESS Shall not have dominion over you!! Let not these things reign in your body... MORTIFY
